They are searching for an enthusiastic Contentious Probate Solicitor to join them at their Manchester office.

Job Role:

• Contesting Validity of Wills
• Inheritance Act Disputes (Left Out of a Will)
• Will Rectification and Lost or Destroyed Wills
• Promise Not Honoured in a Will
• Protecting Charitable Legacies
• Executor or Trustee Disputes
• Attorney or Deputy Investigations
• Claims on estates where there is no will

The successful candidate will deal with a caseload of contentious probate work including will challenges, Inheritance Act claims and trust disputes.

The role will involve having your own cases as well as assisting on more complex cases with senior fee earners.

Experience in contentious probate work essential.
