SENIOR CONVEYANCER (HOME BASED)

Victor Chase Legal Recruitment are working with a nationally recognised, high profile firm based in the city of Manchester. We are pleased to recruit a number of conveyancers as their business continues to develop.

This position is open to experienced conveyancers who have handled and had ownership of over 80 Residential Property files in a previous role.

Candidates must be experienced in diverse and technical residential property transactions


Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Running a caseload of Residential Property work
• Handling cases of sale and purchase work across freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy files
• Handling between 80-120 files
• Working with administrative/secretarial support to complete residential property file associated task
