Victor Chase Legal Recruitment is working with a well-respected multi-service law firm based in South Manchester - a short distance outside of the City Centre, and are searching to recruit an additional Immigration Solicitor to assist with the increasing workload.
Handling a privately funded immigration case load, and in return the firm is offering a competitive salary as well as offering routes into more complex work.
You will be expected to actively manage and develop client relationships including the day-to-day contact with key clients and preparing a variety of business and personal immigration applications
The successful candidate will work with clients on appeals to the Immigration Tribunal against decisions involving such matters as the Home Office refusing to grant a visa extension, permanent residency(indefinite leave to remain), or refusing to issue entry clearance to enter the UK and more.
