Real Estate Finance Solicitor – London

Victor Chase is working with a well-established law firm looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its London team.

This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor at NQ–3 PQE level to join a busy and growing practice, working on a broad range of real estate finance transactions for lenders, borrowers, investors and property developers.

The role will include:

• Investment and development finance
• Acquisition and refinancing transactions
• Acting for lenders and borrowers
• Reviewing and reporting on property security
• Drafting and negotiating security documentation
• Due diligence and title review
• Portfolio financing
• Working alongside Real Estate and Banking teams on larger transactions

We’re looking for a qualified Solicitor with experience or a strong grounding in Real Estate Finance, Banking or a closely related property finance practice.

Candidates should ideally have:

• NQ–3 years' PQE
• Experience within Real Estate Finance, Banking or a closely related area
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Good commercial awareness
• The ability to manage matters effectively and work as part of a wider team
• A genuine interest in developing a career within Real Estate Finance

Applications from newly qualified Solicitors who completed a strong Real Estate Finance, Banking or relevant Real Estate seat during their training contract will also be considered.
