Regulatory & Crime Solicitor

Victor Chase Legal Recruitment are pleased to offer an opportunity for an experienced Regulatory and Crime Solicitor (strictly 5+ years PQE) to join this Central London firm.

The candidate will be joining a developed Crime Team, specialising, and assisting with a wide range of sensitive and complex issues.

‍The successful candidate will be required to offer our individual clients their expertise in all areas of Private Client/Regulatory and Crime work, ranging from; advising on criminal defence, account freezing orders, caution removals and disputes with regulatory bodies and powers of attorney.

Role/Responsibilities:

• To develop client base and network of referrers and contacts.
• To provide a high standard of service to the Firm’s clients.
• To assist in marketing of the Department and the Firm in general.
• Carry out any other duties within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.

Successful Candidate will have:

• 5+ years’ PQE
• Ability to develop and grow the department and participate in networking events
• Ability to provide a first-class service to clients
• An aptitude for seeking new business and confident in public speaking
• Credible past consistent financial performance
• Demonstrates excellent client service delivery and has the ability to work effectively with clients of different backgrounds, ages and with different requirements including ‘business’ clients and ‘high net worth’ individuals
• Excellent literacy skills.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• IT Literate.
• Team player.

Excellent procedural knowledge is essential, as is a commitment to business development and marketing.
